We will have multiple divisions for each age/grade level. We reserve the D1 (Elite) division for top teams that have qualified through our BAS tournaments or have won other big tournaments. Teams who we have not seen, are welcome to play in the D2/D3 divisions based on how competitive their team(s) have been in other tournaments throughout the 2017-2018 season.
Due to the expected size of this tournament it will be very difficult to accommodate time requests and coaching requests. Plan to play on both, Saturday and Sunday. Also for coaches who coach multiple teams, please have an assistant coach ready just in case there are time conflicts. With that said, we will still do our best to accommodate all team requests. Paid requests (in order received) will be given priority. But requests will not be guaranteed. Refunds for paid time requests will be given if we are unable to fulfill it.
Please have your binders ready to be looked at, you need proof of age and 2017-2018 proof of grade. (AAU card is not needed). If you do not have documentation on a player, they may not play in that game. We will randomly check the binders, unless a coach asks us to check the binder. At that point we will check both binders either before the game, halftime or after the game. NEVER during the game.
If you have any issues with the table, refs or other teams, please send your assistant coach to get the tournament director. We will not talk to parents about any issues, except for equipment failure or injuries.
IMPORTANT: Each team should complete a "Roster Form". You can email the roster form to email@example.com or bring it to the front desk at least 30 minutes prior to your first game.
